教練說明裝備使用方式與基本手勢、著裝、潛點來回，約 70 分鐘Instructor explains equipment use, hand signals, dressing, and transfer to dive site (~70 min).

淺水練習Shallow Water Practice
在 1 米淺水區熟悉呼吸、練習技巧與平壓，確認舒適度，約 15 分鐘Get comfortable with breathing, basic skills, and equalization in 1m water (~15 min).

珊瑚礁潛水Coral Reef Dive
深度 5-10 米，欣賞海底珊瑚與熱帶魚群，約 35 分鐘Dive to 5-10m and enjoy coral reefs and tropical fish (~35 min).

結束 & 紀念照Wrap-up & Photos
沖水整理，傳輸照片（水下拍攝服務免費提供，但以顧客安全為優先考量，水下狀況不佳將影響照片數量）Rinse, change, receive photos (free service; quantity depends on safety conditions).

Tasted diving — now unlock the hidden levels. AOW takes you past the 18m limit down to 30m of deep blue, where coral grows bigger, fish are larger, and silence feels otherworldly. Night dives thrill: bioluminescent plankton turn the dark seabed into a starscape.
